1. CodeCraft Technologies’ Role

CodeCraft Technologies generally acts as a sourcing and facilitation/mediation platform between the customer and the relevant supplier or supplying company.

We help customers:

Understand and process their requirements
Identify suitable products
Source products through our industrial supply network
Communicate specifications and requirements to the supplier
Obtain and communicate quotations and availability
Facilitate communication between the customer and supplier

CodeCraft Technologies does not independently determine the supplier’s return, replacement or refund terms.

2. Return & Refund Terms Are Agreed Before Order Confirmation

Before an order is confirmed, the customer will be informed of the applicable product, specification, price, delivery terms and return/refund/replacement conditions provided by the supplying company.

The customer and supplier must agree to these terms before the order is confirmed or payment is made.

Once the customer accepts the supplier’s applicable terms and confirms the order, those agreed terms will govern the return, replacement or refund process, subject to applicable law.

3. If There Is an Issue With the Product

If the supplied product has an issue such as:

Wrong product supplied
Incorrect specification/model
Manufacturing defect
Damage during transit
Quantity discrepancy
Any other issue covered under the agreed supplier terms

the customer should inform CodeCraft Technologies as soon as possible with relevant details, photographs, videos or supporting documents where applicable.

CodeCraft Technologies will facilitate communication with the concerned supplier and assist in forwarding the customer’s complaint/request.

The final decision regarding return, replacement or refund will be handled according to the terms agreed between the customer and supplier before order confirmation, and applicable law.

4. Customized / Specially Manufactured Products

For customized, modified, specially manufactured or made-to-order industrial parts, returns or refunds may not be available unless the supplier has specifically agreed to such terms before the order is confirmed.

Therefore, customers are advised to carefully verify:

Material
Technical specifications
Quantity
Application requirements

before confirming the order.

5. Refund Process

Where a refund is applicable under the agreed supplier terms, the refund will be processed according to the payment and refund arrangement communicated at the time of order confirmation.

CodeCraft Technologies will assist in communicating and coordinating the refund-related request with the concerned supplier where applicable.

CodeCraft Technologies does not guarantee a refund where the agreed supplier terms do not provide for a refund, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
